I feel so much better already! Bear in mind you have to keep it up for a while, but this is the way forward!
i’ve only watched this video once so far… only done the exercise once so far.
I truly feel better. I was sorta feeling down, like i always do, particularly around my face and head area. I started with a rating of 7.. finished with a 4. I do feel this helped me. thank you.
I had this kind of therapy … well, the therapist kept asking me if and where I felt tension in my body …
I don’t know, am I disconnected or something? I usually don’t really know (really don’t know) ‘where’ I feel something…
Don’t know if this tapping works for me, because the ‘where do you feel it’ part got me confused
Can’t help but to wonder why many people seem to feel emotions with/in their bodies, and I don’t, or am I just not paying enough attention or what?
Wow, I don’t know how, but this really cleared my head. Wonder how it works, good stuff.
i felt like a right egggiot doing this, but amazingly i feel really energetic and happy now. how strange!!
This video actually works, started with a seven, ended up with a zero after watching twice.
One 20 minute session of the video on their homepage and I feel like I’ve cleared one negative thought already. Beautiful…
this made me feel noticably better and almost was a bit euphoric. however i doubt itll last long. and when im in the depressed mood, 23 hours a day, im in no condition to make myself do this. soo idk. but like, its totally worth it make no mistake. its hard to remember to do this when the thing that makes you think is broken due to depression. do your best. best of luck guyz.
You know how you feel butterflies in your stomach when you are nervous, or maybe shoulder tension when you are stressed? It’s the same thing.
You can tap the being ‘disconnected’, it just means there are feelings stopping you feel the other feelings.
Persevere, a good therapist will have plenty of ways round not being able to feel where things are at first.
